A2: Absolutely. When you book, just mention the name of your preferred stylist. If they’re unavailable, we’ll offer you the next best expert so your service remains seamless and high-quality.

Q3: Are consultations included before major services like extensions or colour treatments?

A3: Yes — we offer a free consultation to discuss your hair goals, condition and maintenance. This helps us tailor the right service (balayage, extensions, protein treatment, etc.) and ensures you’re fully informed.

Q4: What happens if I’m not satisfied with my result?

A4: Your satisfaction matters. If you’re unhappy with the outcome, please let us know within 7 days of your session. We’ll arrange a complimentary adjustment to make sure you love your look.
